We offer two options for the assembly and installation of our wall systems: one-stage or two-stage. The option we recommend will depend on a number of factors such as the location, transport costs, and the conditions at your facility.
A one-stage installation process involves:
- A location visit to take measurements, evaluate the space, advise and agree on final details for the project.
- A full installation of the wall system in one go, including the assembly of the supporting structure and the installation of the modules.
This process is usually used for existing facilities where no additional work related to the preparation of the supporting structure is required, or when the client wishes for the full installation to be completed in one go to reduce the costs of transport or other.
A two-stage installation process involves:
- A location visit to take measurements, evaluate the space, advise and agree on final details for the project.
- First stage of the installation process: The assembly and installation of the supporting structure.
- Second stage of the installation process (a few weeks later or as agreed with the client): Installation of the modules and masking strips.
This process is usually used for facilities that are still under construction and the full assembly can only be carried out after the completion of construction works.
